Projects I am willing to take on may include the following general skills but are not limited to, carpentry, framing, trim, doors and windows, drywall and drywall repairs, plumbing, copper, galvanized, pvc, fixture installations, recaulking, electrical, running pipe, new outlets or switches, general repairs, fixture placements and installation.
If your project is too large for my weekends only schedule or for whatever reason is beyond what I am willing to take on by myself, feel confident that I will refer you to someone who will.
The “home tune-up” is an extensive service I provide to homeowners who just want to know what is going on mechanically in their homes. I will spend as much time as I need to in your home going through every room, including the attic and exterior, identifying obvious and not so obvious problems and possible causes for concern. At the end of my examination I will show you my findings and we will talk about how to make repairs if they are needed.

Landscape Architecture
As well as home construction/remodel services I am also available for consultation and design services in regards to landscape, hardscape, plantings and drainage/grading issues. My qualifications for these services includes a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University. I served as superintendent for a respected landscape design build firm for two years from 05-07. Call for more information on these services. |
